The initial consultation is a focused working session designed to clarify your objectives, assess the readiness and structure of your data, and understand the decision or regulatory context driving the work. This discussion allows me to identify the most appropriate analytic approach, anticipate potential data or methodological risks, and recommend a rigorous, efficient path forward tailored to your needs.
By the end of the session, you can expect clear guidance on scope, feasibility, estimated effort, and next steps—ensuring that any subsequent work is purposeful, defensible, and aligned with your goals.
Standard Consultation Rate
$250/hr
All work beyond the initial consultation is billed at a standard rate of $250 per hour and is tracked transparently against agreed-upon objectives. This includes statistical analysis, modeling, validation, reporting, and technical advisory support.
Clients should note that data preparation—particularly for real-world data (RWD) such as EHRs, registries, or operational systems—often represents the most time-intensive phase of a project. Incomplete, inconsistently coded, or poorly structured data can substantially increase effort before meaningful analysis can begin. Conversely, a well-prepared, analysis-ready dataset significantly reduces cost, accelerates timelines, and improves the rigor and defensibility of results.
When appropriate, guidance on efficient data preparation or scoping data readiness work separately can help clients manage costs while ensuring analytic integrity.

Applied Analytics & Research Projects
$5,000 – $15,000 (approximately 20–60 hours)
These engagements typically involve applied statistical analysis of pre-clinical and/or clinical research data, registry or observational datasets, and support for manuscripts, technical reports, or internal research products. Work at this level typically includes study design refinement, data quality assessment, analytical modeling, and the generation of publication-ready methods and results sections, along with tables and figures as appropriate.
This tier is well-suited for focused research questions, exploratory or confirmatory analyses, and projects where the primary objective is scientific clarity, rigor, and reproducibility.
Strategic or Regulated Analytical Work
$25,000 – $60,000+
This tier supports complex, high-stakes analytical work where methodological rigor, documentation, and defensibility are critical. Engagements may involve FDA-regulated products, real-world evidence development, advanced modeling for decision support, or analytic planning in support of Military Medicine, defense R&D, or other regulated or mission-critical environments.
Projects at this level often include comprehensive analytic strategy development, governance-aware workflows, audit-ready documentation, stakeholder briefings, and alignment with regulatory, ethical, or funding-agency expectations. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined collaboratively to ensure the analysis directly supports downstream decisions, submissions, or operational outcomes.
